Kathleen Blanco has just sent 300 national gaurd troops into NOLA, to help with looting and crime. She said that they are carrying M16's and they are locked and loaded and will do whatever is necessary to keep the public saftey under control.
And also, whoever this public leader is that said that we should just not rebuild New Orleans because it is flood prone is the biggest asshole i've ever heard in my life. These people whose home this is do not want to hear these kind of comments right now, or ever.
