See here for how he's reconsidered his legal obligations and his oath of office. Which other laws do you think he'll decide not to enforce next? Maybe he could decide not to prosecute the murder of people he doesn't like, taking inspiration from Sulla of Rome? Remember that he's already killed at least one American citizen without trial, and not on a battlefield -- something that would normally be called murder. Bush II helped set the stage for this attack on the rule of law.

By the way, Janet Napolitano is quoted as saying that our laws "are not designed to be blindly enforced without consideration given to the individual circumstances of each case." Has she walked to the Supreme Court building and had a look at the statue of Justice? Without the scales and the blindfold, all that's left is a sword.
