deep southern comfort

I'm in Atlanta for the week - I needed to fly down and be there for the most gorgeous girl in the world. I've been awol for too damn long and I needed to reconnect with someone who's practically a sister to me. Besides, who else is going to eat rocky road ice cream straight out of the carton with cold cream on their face with me?

I forgot how life in the south is so comfortable and carefree. Being out in LA for so long makes you forget the little things - hanging out on the porch enjoying an afternoon breeze or driving down an empty country road with the wind in your hair. I guess I needed the time away from LA just as much as I needed to see Leigh. :)

I've been getting calls from my agent wondering where the hell I am, haha. I do have a tendency to impulsively throw clothes in a bag and hop on impromptu flights. I can't help it though - I can be very spontaneous at times.

*shrug*

When I do return home to LA though, I will be considering some guest roles on a few television shows. I did Lost earlier this year and it was a great experience - so hey, we'll see what happens.

For now though I am enjoying some Georgia peaches and hanging out with the best girl in town.

P.S - oOoOo I got some spiffy new icons courtesy of a crazy Kentuckian. ;)
