just an update..
Well, it's been a while since I did an update that was boring, no big news. :) Things with Margaret are WONDERFUL! This is everything I've ever hoped and dreamed for...maybe even better because it's actually happening now. I now have two brothers (including David)and a sister! So, in a different kind of way, I'm the oldest of 4! (it's a little strange now that I think about it) Anyway, I started my summer class yesterday, and I think I'm going to love it! (It's psychology- why wouldn't I?) I have a grad student teaching the course, and I've only heard very good things about him. (yay) I have to get the book after class today and catch up on reading! :-o I'm already behind!! Oh, Kristen got back Monday night to Tuscaloosa, (big YAY!), so I'm glad I get to see her again (although she's about to go back to E'prise for the weekend). Work is O.K. .. all of the lifeguards are counting down the days until Bill leaves (week and a half!) then Kristen will be in charge and that means fun for us! See, the difference between Kristen and Bill (besides the obvious gender difference) is that they can ask you to do the exact same thing, but Kristen doesn't piss you off. She will say, "could you please ..." instead of "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? go do this..." GAH! I mean, I'm one of Bill's favorites, so he doesn't usually say anything to me, but I watch him talk that way to the others, and then for the two weeks that Kristen was gone, he kept telling me that I was in charge. (Did I ask to be in charge!?!? -NO) - Everyone but two people has been there longer than me, I don't exactly feel comfortable telling my "superiors" what to do. :-P - whatever - So, the good thing that Bill did for me, though, was that he gave me my two days off as Thursday and Sunday!!!!! That means, I CAN GO TO THE EDGE AND THEN SUNDAY CHURCH! Whoo! I'm excited. I might go see Margaret, actually, for that Sunday, but then again, I might not have the gas money. Since Lisa's moving (*tear*), rent is about to go up a lot. (still not as bad as living on your own and paying rent, I know) But, nonetheless, less money for me to freely spend. Well, I would write more, but the shower is calling me before my class. Oh, and pray for Lisa's grandmother to get better. (or whatever God's will may be) - oh, and one more thing: pray for good weather for Lisa and Jodi's cruise. (Me and Lindsay are going to lay in the apt. in our bikinis with pina coladas and have our own cruise ;) ) hahahaha..ok, peace out!
