Stay Classy, Republicans

1. Facts like? I mean, the last time I looked, "they hate our freedom," "they think with their hearts, not their heads," "sand nazi," "Christian nation founded on Christian principles," and so on weren't facts.

2. I think with my wallet, not just my heart, thank you very much. As far as I'm concerned rightwingers may think with their Bibles, think with their hearts, and occasionally think with their heads, but I have yet to see anything that smacked of long term fiscal planning and a promotion of nationwide prosperity and fiscal growth.

3. When I try not to bring up politics around people, it's because either a) it's not appropriate to the setting or b) it's damn rude. If I had fellow liberals at my Thanksgiving dinner, I wouldn't want to bring up something infuriating. If I were around conservatives for Thanksgiving I don't think either of us would appreciate an argument. Where'd this person learn their manners?

4. By sheer chance, however, I won't plan to have Thanksgiving with conservatives either. I have remarkably little interest in sharing good cheer with people who, to all appearances, despise and denigrate me, my friends, the faith of my ancestors, and the contributions of my family to this country. Why waste time on people who hate you?

Yeah, there's so much wrong with that statement that you need to break out the numbered or bulleted lists.
