Reinterpretation

It bothers me that I actually was part of Eternal September. On my family's Performa I logged onto AOL (billed by the hour) and got my first taste of The Internet. I read and read. I wish I could remember more of what I read, but here's what recently trudged up memory lane chanting "unclean, unclean!" - I found furries through Usenet. I was almost literally part of the Eternal September: I was twelve or so in 1995, this was, I think, before I went to even the alt-study junior high school that was my first serious experience with institutional schooling. I was also a person that I now shudder to think about. I'm actually glad that I got most of that out of my system at that point and steadily developed into less of a troll.
