Re: Here we go again...
Tonight was musical night.
It was my mom's birthday on Thursday and she really wanted to go see "Mamma Mia" as her birthday present so we had tickets to go tonight. As a result I have a million ABBA songs in my head, and a Blondie song because it was playing on the radio on the drive home.
I actually liked it although I was kind of irritated as the ending never answered the biggest question in the play...who was the actual father?? Besides that it was funny, a little predictable but some people were hilarious and I never realized how many ABBA songs and lyrics I know...I'm still a little surprised.
Ever since I went to see "The Lion King" I've sort of grown to like musicals. I remember I was never a big fan of them, but of course going to Wexford and all you sort of have to get used to musicals because we have a lot. I might get to see "Hairspray" soon because my mom suggested she would get tickets for both Aaron & I to go see it cause she knows I want to, and I also saw ads for a new one called "Wicked" and it's about the witches from the Wizard of Oz, etc etc I used to LOVE that movie so I am kind of interested!!
Ugh I have to write a stupid essay on the movie,"Elizabeth" for World History tomorrow and also work on the good copy of my short story for Writer's Craft...yippee for school. er.
