Where's the Beef?

 In my stomach wreaking havoc! It tasted so good going down and God all I wanted was a slab of meat for dinner, but now I'm really regretting it. Maybe it was a little too rare, maybe I had too much A-1 sauce on it, or maybe I'm just not supposed to enjoy my food right now. I feel like vomiting, it's so terrible, but I just know it's gonna suck ass to do it cuz I'm sure the steak is in the latter stages of digestion (ew). I feel so gross. Friday can't come soon enough and yet there's so much to be done for this is the last week of classes. I'll be busting my ass for the next two days and then I'm free (save 2 finals)!!! I can't wait to hit the gym Friday night! I'm currently trying to come up with a good weight loss plan for winter break. I want to be 135 by New Years which is totally possible if I work really hard. That's something like 15-20 lbs in a month, which I've done before. I want to start the new year off right. So as far as my plan goes, does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking:

4-5 days a week of exercising, burning between 600 and 800 cals
Restricting to 1000 cals a day
Allowed 4 purges a week only (weekends)
Lots of lean protein and veggies (and fruits I guess if they're in season)
Protein shakes for meal replacement 
Tea (no more coffee! it's bad for me)

Exercise will be mostly cardio to slim down. I'll bulk up a bit next year once I've reached my goal of 130.

So, please, any suggestions are welcome. I haven't done anything hardcore in a while and I'm going to need some support.

The official weigh-in in next monday. I don't know what I weigh right now. I haven't stepped on the scale since before T-giving. I'm terrified! But maybe I'll go do it right now.........*cringe* I was 151 last time I checked I think.....J/K, I forgot, it'll have to wait till the morning cuz of the whole steak clump in my tummy right now.
