Mom fell yesterday. Broke her upper arm in two places. 6-8 months weeks to heal. But she's 80+ so it may be longer. On serious pain meds. (cry)
UPDATE: I must have heard wrong the first time, her heal time is expected to be 6-8 weeks. Still a very long time for her. I spent time with her today and she is lucid but very sleepy due to the pain meds and very curmudgeony due to the all the attention.
