so this is the new year...
thoughts about 2004:
so this was a long year... turned 18 in april, graduated in june, ultimate all summer, started college in august, got a car in october(?) and started managing at my job a little before that... those are the big things.. what else has happened... i'm not really sure what else happened that is worth mentioning... i feel like all year half my friendships were strengthened and the other half just kinda died out and that maakees me sad... not really talking to some people as much as i used to and whatnot....
resolutions for the year:
i dont have any resolutions.. because.. i dont need to set some cliche goal for myself like "getting in better shape" or "be nicer to people" i ALWAYS try to improve on my actions and dont need a change of the calendar to motivate me to do anything differently in my life
plans for 2005:
this year my plans are to pay off my car ASAP, followed by saving up a bunch of money that i will eventually blow on meaningless junk that i foolishly hope will make me enjoy life more... among those things are video game systems, televisions, home theatre system, probably something to spruce up the car, new shoes, and an assortment of video games, movies and cd's.. it would also be nice if there could be a girl in my life.. i also plan to advance in my job... get a pay raise and begin to save for msu and a new place to live.. cause i kinda wanna move out and into a place i can say is MY place... i've talked with a couple people about possibly getting together around junior year or so to try and move into an apartment together, but i'm having doubts about everyone being able to afford that... cause i know i can afford it.. but i work a lot more than the other people that would be moving in w/ me.. and i duno.. not 100% sure if moving out that soon is the best idea cause then it'll be longer before i could save to get like.. a house or a new car whenever the day comes that i wanna get one of those things...
