Sick? What's that? I'm going to pretend I didn't hear anything...
So Christi is sick. Nasty sick. See your meals too many times sick. And this, of course, makes me a bit of a hypochondriac. Any little odd feeling has me going, "Am I sick now, too?" So I was feeling a little queasy this morning, and had all the odd gut sensations...
Then I went and bought lunch. Bagel dog on asiago, cup of cheddar/broccoli soup, and a coke. I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER NOW. Stange how things can work.
In the meantime, I'm going to take it pretty easy this afternoon, maybe go for a light ride while Christi naps, and try to get some sleep tonight. I'm hoping, with all kinds of digits crossed, that Christi starts feeling better soon. We've got a busy weekend ahead. Wedding, reception, and finishing my apartment up in Houston before going to a race in College Station. Sad to say, I think work on Monday will likely be more relaxing...sleep? What's that?
