Bad college dream...
The other week I had this dream...
- It was late into the semester. I was lookin' at my schedule for some reason and I saw a class on it that I did NOT remember going to for quite some time! Like, multiple weeks! I thought something like, "Maybe I have been going and I'm just thinking of a different class or something." But that wasn't the case. This was a class I hadn't been to since the beginning weeks of the semester. Then I thought something like, "Maybe it's a really easy class and I just wasn't going cause I didn't need to." For some reason, I figured out that clearly wasn't the case either. I knew this class was pretty crazy and I couldn't get by without being there for the material.
- It eventually came to me: I had no good reasons for my truancy. I realized that I had simply forgotten to attend the class and it got lost in the mix. It was horrifying. I felt so screwed. Fortunately, I eventually woke up.
- Dreams are weird, though. Even though I've never truly experienced it, I now feel like I know exactly how it feels to have had this happen to me. I feel like I can empathize with someone else this might happen to. Wild.
