Title: Four Talents
Rating: G
Characters: Team
Summary: You'd think they wouldn't have an ability like that, but they do, and know how to make it count.

A/N: Just a little bit of quick fluff that had been sitting on my mind for a while. Not beta'd, but edited.

I loved all of these, how each team member had a not-so-secret talent that was simultaneously personal/private but also freely given to their teammates. Just perfect.

I loved it all but Ronon and Teyla's sections were especially touching.

I find nothing hard to believe about Sheppard and sewing
Many military men are very adept at it, but it is hilarious about McKay
No wonder he is neurotic, oh but did I say that??
Why, yes, I believe I did
**rolls eyes**
Finally, it just kills me about Ronon, even though we ALL
know his love of eating.........
This bit was great to read given how
cold (never got above 30 today), dark, and dreary it has been of late,
ie typical Oregon winter weather
Thanks!!

Thanks :D Yeah, sewing just struck me as something that John would have a skill for, because it would come in handy in his line of work. McKay's talent was tricky to come up with, but I liked the irony of him cutting hair when his hair wasn't much to work with ;)

It is cool to see writers tackle everything from long stories with extensive plots involved (such as 'A Wing and a Prayer') to short, touching reflections and to have such a range of tales to read available. I thought the talents chosen for each team member fit very well. I loved how each talent came with a memory - a connection the the people and events of their lives before Atlantis. And I especially loved the way each talent was shared, when needed, for the comfort of the team. A really sweet tale to enjoy in the holiday season.

Thanks :D I love writing stories like this because they're easy to write ;) this one just popped fully-formed into my head and only needed a few tweaks here and there. I was able to write it in one day, and I love it when a story lets me do that :D
