The Final Countdown, in South America

May 02, 2005 09:27

Well, today is my last day in Bartica. I feel sorta sad about that, it's such an awsome place. Peace Corps life is over, but it's pretty easy to say this has been the best experience of my life. I have come a long way since June 3rd last year when I stepped of the plane onto Guyanese soil. I can't believe how many awsome friends I have made here, Guyanese and American. Now it's back to the states by this weekend, just in time for the Derby, Horrraayy. I might be getting a job for the summer I hope that works out and I can save a nice chunk of cash to buy some toys and save to goto... maybe Germany 3 weeks next summer. Yeah anyway I will see a bunch of you soon. Oh and Spread the word for this.
