well iive been sneezing sparatically (spl?) so im sure i have allergies. i tried to be all cute at work today and keep a flower in my hair, but that was getting to me too. heres how to tell if youre sick or allergies. if youre sick, you will sneeze constatly, if you have allergies, then its just every once in a while. or shit, or is it the other way around? o well, whatever, i saw it on "paging dr. gupta". yes, im still into my ER
well last night i went running and i was damn proud of myself. im one of those stop and go runners, im super lazy in case you dont know me already. so anyways, i ran like for a mile straight. yeah, im sure youre thinking, thats weak, so can i, blah, blah, blah, but this is me youre talking about. shit i couldnt even do that when i was fit and shit and wearing my size four jeans. im reaching for those again right now. i was going to throw them out but they are going to be my motivational jeans, ive decided, so we'll see how that goes.
in other news, i felt fine while running and today i am feeling the aftermath. so i will be doing some good stretching before i go tonight. fraggle usually runs with me, but he wont run in these new shoes i got him and will only do so in these nasty old ones. os last night, he ran his three miles, thne he comes back for me so that we can do our two miles together, so he got some really bad blisters this time around and will biking it. last night, i was burning his ass sick! and that never happens, i alywas have to try and keep up with him. im tell you people, its a new and improved me!
um, lets see what else, well, i have a new boss at work, emily. shes ok, she trying to help turn some stuff around and isnt going to put up with anyones bullshit, which i like.
i need to go to show, im dying here man. next one i know of for im going to is face to face. in october i would like to go see the violent femmes, i might surprise fraggle with those tickets and his uncle is going to buy us social distortion tix, so ill make sure to get the ones for the date when tiger army opens for them, damn, thatll be bad ass!
