Conan Day
I watched both Conan movies today (which I taped of Five on Friday and Saturday night). Both are loaded with references to Conan's destiny to be King of his own Kingdom. Both end with an image of Conan with a beard on a throne. Narrator saying that the story about Conan being King will be in another story. Didn't watch them back to back exactly. Had a few hours break watching the usual Cheers and Neighbours as I do (almost) every week day.
Fat chance that King Conan will be made now Arnie is The Governator, they'll prob get someone like Triple H to play him.
Pat Roach was in Conan The Destroyer. The visual effect for him turning into a flying eagle looked shit. But then it was made 20 years ago. Also the first end credit on it had Stunt Coordinator Vic Armstrong (Bond / Indy).
One more movie tonight - The Mummy Returns on ITV1.
1st of 6 weekly signing on's tomorrow at the boring old job centre. All I've done this week was fill in that crap standard application form, thats all.
