Last night watched my Temple of Doom DVD. As usual cells cleaned up digitally etc. So, all kinds of references to Indy's past adventures, including some newspapers calling him a "grave robber".
As I expected, the heart pulling out scene was the version only ever seen in the UK, to keep it at a PG rating. (so we'll never get to see the full version).
Suprised it was only set in two countries (China and India), but then its always been like that, not much globe hoping.
