Taking a Bow

Just got back home. I'm so sleepy, so I'll try to make this short and quick.

Tomorrow (well, technically a few hours from now), I would be spending the night with my D-Group at the Tabeta residence. We'd be having our group Christmas party :) By now, I trust that they have already come up with what activities we'd be doing, what food we'd be munching on, and perhaps what movies we'd be watching until the wee hours of the morning (They did that the last time). So with that, I had planned on reporting to work three hours earlier, which also meant I need to be up early. No problem with the boss since Tin, my tech lead, already gave me a 'go' signal. Honestly, I can't wait to finish all the work I left behind today. I still have a lot to do in light of the project migration this coming Monday next week. Eek!

Anyway, since we're going to have a Christmas party, a Kringle was (and will always be) in place. I couldn't think of anything to buy that is worth 300 bucks, so I got a Navi 2010 journal, my latest discovery, instead. If you're familiar with the Belle de Jour (BDJ) power planner (I've been using it for three years now), well the people behind it also created this new, travel-inspired journal that was aiming at one thing: help us envision and map out our lives being our own navigator.

Not only that, they also released a second journal called Dr. Mom's Your Child Health Journal, something they call a "Child journal" where moms could record the health history of their kids from age 0 to 16 years old. I'm far from being a mom, but if I were one, I would think that this would be a pretty neat thing to have.

In case any one is interested in acquiring any of the three journals I mentioned here as a present to a loved one for Christmas or to a Kringle buddy, I have listed available details below on how to order them:You can also buy them in any National Bookstore (NBS), Powerbooks, and Fully Booked outlets.

Hope this entry helped you in your search for a one-of-a-kind gift this year! ;)
