Apparently the film has been canceled and has been for a while. Gary Oldman's manager confirmed it.

I do feel bad for Evanna. I hope she gets a new job soon. A better one.

I think you must be mistaken. The production company is still advertising it.

idk ... I guess it's just Gary not doing it cause a Gary Oldman fansite confirmed from his manager the film was canceled. *shrugs* Might be canceled just for him.

One commentor on IMDB said it had folded due to financial troubles, but I couldn't find what I would consider reliable confirmation of that news.

If it is, no doubt Evanna will be disappointed, but I have a feeling her parents will be very happy. I saw her in that teddy. Imagine a father watching his daughter act as though she's being seduced by a much older man. . . sheesh! I also read a recent interview in which she said she and her mother were watching "The Wind that Shakes the Barley" together, and her mother said, "Can you never get a film like that?" I read that as, "Must you be in this Monster Butler monstrosity?"
