I'm gonna stop usin LJ and start usin the blog on myspace cos I'm on there most of the time anyway so this'll be the last post on here.
Anyhooz, found somethin to do at the weekend. I'm stayin in on Friday by myself and working on songs. Came up with some cracking concepts and song names so I wanna get that doon. Saturday I'm meetinh Shiv in the toon. I'm not gonna be spendin any money on booze or fags so I'm gonna spend the money on a few treats for myself. I need to get a webcam and a few bits and bobs for my guitar and generally just have a wander aboot an go for some scran in the evening an maybe catch a film or sumthin. Might even get that acoustic that I've been after since before Christmas............AND the Keyboard Wee Gee's been keepin' aside for me.
Been listenin to ma Ancestor album on repeat since yesterday. It's weird I can't seem to find any info on the band at all on the internet. I got the album in borders years ago cos I liked the cover......in fact it was the first black metal CD I ever bought. It's the most untechnical music you could ever get but there's something about it, it has a dark nordic atmosphere, especially in the 4th track with the keyboard intro. In fact most of the album is really slow and doomy! Well good! Think I've definatly entere my Grim & frostbitten mood! Must be the frost & sunshine and walkin aboot aw the trees and old houses hehe! Gonna go for another walk today, out by the wee hill with the crooked tree on top at the crossroads, down from the stone bridge (Spooky huh? LOL!)
Anyweyas need to get that letter off to CKD Galbraith telling them that unless the shower is fixed by next week then I'm not paying nay more rent. Had a speak to Ali last night and he's up for it.
Anyhooz, I'm aff. Quincy is finished but I'm off to get a shower, go for a walk, go to the bank and come back an watch the Episodes of LA LAW and THE PRACTICE I taped (I'm an absolute sucker for legal/courtroom dramas) i wanna check out that Boston Legal cos it looks magic but I've never seen it cos it's always on at times when I'm nevber here.
