(no subject)
So it looks like I'll be going to Kentucky at the end of this summer. I applied to a lot of colleges including UK, which I know I can't get into, but I don't really feel I'm responsible to live on my own right now. Not in terms of daily life, but in terms of academia. I know that, if left to my own devices, I'll just amount to nothing and blow it. I've always been like that and it would be foolish to think I'd change. I mean, maybe a change in environment would keep me out of trouble for awhile, but I'd soon revert. Instead, I think I'm just going to finish off my AA at the community college there then transfer somewhere.
On a less serious note, I'm done with my Gnomish Mage. I started him thinking that it'd be fun, but it turned out to be more gimmicky than anything close to fun. This isn't to say that I have anything against gnomes or mages, quite the contrary actually, but I just found mages absolutely no fun. So, this weekend, Jon and I decided to fuck around with the races/classes we hadn't tried just yet. Before deciding this, I had tried every race/class except for NE, trolls, rogues, and warlocks. Since we play Alliance, trolls were outta the question and Jon wanted to play a Warlock so I decided to mix the other two together to make a NE rogue.
Oh. my. God. I don't think I've had more fun in an MMORPG in my LIFE. I mean, sure it's not nearly as awesome as a Forsaken Rogue, but still. I've always tried to avoid NE's (a wee bit over played), but after that gnomish mage I say I deserve it. So, if you wish to talk to me on Silvermoon, talk to Nalan.
