i did the same thing once and it nearly killed me. i thought i wasnt good enough to begin with and it was my lack of confidence and beleif in myself that led me to that point.
start changing how you see yourself babe..
your not going to get over him in a week when you loved him so much. it does take time so allow yourself that cause your worth it.
