"Your Token, Me'lady."
I watched the first episode of The Tudors last night. I must say Hot. John is amazing. He is so intense. And there are a lot of men in it that I adored in other movies. I’m excited to watch Episode 2 sometime this weekend.
I was excited or perhaps invigorated by this particularly intense Jousting scene. Henry VIII knocks the Duke of Earl off his horse and it was just - awesome. And the Chivalric code was included - knights asking for favors and such. I received an idea of what to do with Weiland and Krel now. I’m rather excited.
Frankly, there was a lot about Henry’s court (so far) that reminds me of Shakespeare’s Richard II. We’ll see as the season progresses.
