Luke 11:10-12
10 For everyone who asks receives, and the one who searches finds,
and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
11 What father among you, if his son asks for a fish,
will, instead of a fish, give him a snake?
12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?
This is the passage my wife gave me last night as I was worrying and not at peace with myself at all. I have been talking to God a lot lately over the past week, and Helped me so much than I thought possible on my first exam. While my second one was harder, I know that I did really well on the 20+ page paper I turned in. Shelley told me to trust God and know that His plan is the best no matter what, and if I ask Him and have faith... He will take care of me. He is my father and I know that I can trust in Him.
