blah! I am sooooooo boooooooored!! but we're leaving for aunt penny's soon- 3:30, I think. and it looks like I'm the one that's gonna be doing the driving. oh, man. that may or may not be pretty. I better not hear shit from dad about my driving... mom says that's the car he's most comfy in.
anyway, I know aunt penny's will be mondo bore-a-mundo, so I need to make sure to bring a sketch pad and some manga for inspiration. I think I'll try to draw tetsuo and kanada from akira (which I'm liking more and more, much to aaron's delight.)
and I need to remember to bring some pepsi for myself, because I have horrid memories of thanksgiving at aunt penny's culminating in dry turkey and ice water aftertaste (which is GROSS). she only has water, wine, and diet soda, which is even GROSSER. so if I wanna be able to swig down my bird, it's b.y.o.g. (bring your own gulpage).
is my slang getting too hard to follow? excellent. the harder to decipher, the more original it is. dwa ha.
does the macy's thanksgiving parade get cheesier every year? I kinda think it does. when I saw it today, they had the baha men singing elton john's "crocodile rock". uuuuhhhgggmmggghhh.
I'd like to talk to aaron tonight, but I dunno, I'm sure when they get home from his uncle steve's house that kathy will wanna talk to ana on the phone. oh, fuck my ass!!! I forgot about ana's birthday on the 24th!! oh no, I can't believe I forgot!! I'm the worst granddaughter-in-law EVER!! must send card. must send apologetic e-mail. but don't have time right now, as I need to go dress myself for turkey day festivities now.
