okay, so the car wasn't under the tree or anything. it wasn't even at the house. and, technically, it's not even in our possession yet. BUT, carl and joanie are pretty set on giving it to me. I mean, we'd have to pay for it and stuff, but the main part was getting them to agree to give it to me in the first place (and getting mom and dad to pay for it). and, they are! and soon, that saturn will be MINE!!!!! OHHH YEAH!!!! DUFF MAN SAYS OHHHHH YEEEAAAAHHHH!!!

so, it was a good christmas. this is the first year EVER that I have not gotten one single anime-themed present. odd, because I asked for kenshin dvds, too. ah, oh well. I can collect those later.
and, remarkably, the dinner at aunt pen's went perfectly smooth! aunt judith brought her new boyfriend too, and still not a bad or awkward thing happened. and, we only stayed for a record 4 1/2 hours! shazam! what a holiday.
it could have only been better if I had my austin. 3 weeks.... 3 weeks......
my face is doing poorly. I have to call the doctor tomorrow. like, it's all red and fiery. it itches like fuck one minute and then it stings like a mofo. I wash it, put cream on it, and it screams for mercy. there is just no pleasing it.
so I'll be making another stop by dr. okorn's. 'specially since I, uh, well, still haven't gotten my period. hmm.
but at least I know it's not *that*.

on an ending note, I saw last night on fox that there was a yule log being aired today? as in, 4 hours solid on the tv of a camera on a burning log in a fireplace. what's up wit DAT?!? last time I checked, there wasn't a burn ban in progress! I mean, people! it's just insanity!!
