So, a business consortium agreed to purchase HCA (hospital corporation of America...owns Parkland Medical Center where I work) today for 33 billion dollars, the largest aquisition from public stock to private holding ever.

Why is this of the slightest importance? Because I can now say I work for Merrill Lynch...
