Voyager
So for a while now Dad has been buying seasons of Star Trek Voyager and we've been watching them. Yes, yippie funness. Anyway my brother Isaac has been watching them in the afternoons when I get home from work. He came into the kitchen the other day and said, "You know it's funny most people watch this show for the adventure, or the space battles or whatever but me I watch it for the phylosophical content," I looked at him for a minute and he went on, "I mean how can you not think about it when you big issues like Seven who was borg and from a collective conciousness trying to express her individuality or the Doctor. It's just really interesting!"
I nodded my head, "Yeah and the storys are fun and the space battles are cool and the characters are neat," And my brother laughed at me and I laughed at him and that was the beginning of a much longer conversation that had our mother rolling her eyes at both of us.
Thank gods it's friday. Going to Evanville this afternoon. :) And I'm going to be late if I don't run! *poofs*
