So now (Yes more annoyance with the book). As I enjoy torturing sexy men with a bit of romance thrown in. Please... The Captain (The captured Captain Smith) has been writing messages to his second in command in invisible ink. Where did he got anything that would work in such a way? He's locked in a cell, below deck. With a buck of fresh water, a bucket of sea water, and a bucket to piss in. Meals consist of oatmeal and a biscuit for breakfast, biscuit and cheese for lunch and biscuit, meat and cheese for dinner (in that order no changes).
Oh please. Invisible ink my ass. Something in code or alluded to would make more bloody sense then INVISIBLE INK! Mmmm that and the author leaves out all the good parts and doesn't play the rest of the parts very well. Despite some good points it just doesn't come together well enough. And I swear the author is still mixing up names.
My gerbils are licking the side of the aquarium again, I'm trying to figure out why they do that and I still haven't a clue. But they do have rather cute little tongues. Okay, that's it. I'm only about half way through the book I may bitch more later. :) *poofs out*
