(no subject)
so i read some people complaining about the workload caused by the 4th...let me have a go at it...it was the busiest weekend i have ever seen at steak out..friday i was either on the road or frantically packing cold bags or hot bags in the hole (cause apparently i can work a hole like nobody's business)...saturday, there was no frantic work inside of the building..we couldn't do any of the stuff we needed to do inside until after we closed..i went into work a little early and was immediatly sent out the door. i delivered food all over town for more than 6 straight hrs...then i had to do all my closing duties and help with the "prep" work after we closed, i was at work til after 1. sunday was also really really busy but it slowed down a little after a 3 hr dinner rush, so i managed to leave by closing time at 10. thank god we were off on monday.
oh yeah. small party at my house sunday night..friends didn't leave til around 3..up til shortly after 4 and awake at 8:30...biscuits baseball monday night, home at 12:30 after a gathering of friends in east montgomery, up til 4, awake at 8..i am exhausted..need some sleep tonite.
