A little bit for now.
Just thought I'd update while on my last lunch at work. I love this place only because they do stick by the labour laws and give us the right breaks... ahh 2 lunches in one shift :).
So a few things that have happened:
1. Got a kitty from the Humane Society. His name is "Auricle" which means Heart due to the heart shaped patch on his back, but I just call him "Oreo" because that's my fave cookie and easier to say. And he's such an awesome cat, one of the best I have had :).
2. Have some business ideas with a few co-workers that we are planning to get into. It would be neat to do some of them in our spare time, and the potential for profit is good... not telling what they are though... ;)
3. Talked to someone from my past last night when he just messaged me out of the blue. It was odd but not entirely weird. We talked about a few things and straightened out some mess and it's all good now. No grudges or anything.
4. I read a book called "Promise Me" by Harlan Roben I think... it was pretty good, but the ending was a little disappointing. One little explaination would have made it better.
5. Did a shit load of laundry at my dads and went out for dinner twice- once with mum and once with dad. I had a full tummy last weekend.
Not a whole lot that's exciting really but keeping busy. Having a good time with friends, hanging out, watching movies, having a few drinks, etc. Even with all the self- righteous attidudes going on I am still managing to keep my head high and above all the bull shit; even after the few lies I have seen and heard about me lately... very childish and immature by the way people. Grow up. I hope one day someone comes by and judges you so harshly your head recedes into your body and starts coming out your ass. (Gotta love Andy for having some great comments about people and I feel like I owe it to him right now to give him commendation for some of his remarks *hugs* :) )
However, apparently Adam is going to kick the whole desk area down, so I better mosey on. Still no word about school yet, so we'll see. If anything, January will be when I'm going to go. Unless other business takes off and soars. I know one day I will get my break. :) Positivity is the way to be.
