"Just to be clear on hiring practices, it is the policy of the Milwaukee County Council that all hiring is done in the strictest confidence which includes content of the interview, application and contract. Who is hired is determined by the Camp Director only. If I were to take everyone's advice on who not to hire from last year's staff, I would be left with Stefan Brun and Jen Pardee. So please understand and pass this along to everyone else, I don't really care to hear anymore about everyone's opinion on who I should or shouldn't hire. IMR Camp is not about the staff, it's about the kids and I will hire a staff who understands that and puts that above all else."
