Hi All
Reaching out, catching up, don't know who is still around or if everyone has left for other places, other journals. Life goes on, if different, probably permanently so. The kids are now all moved away, gone north to cold and changing seasons. Hubbie and I are still refusing to leave FL. We like it here. Hubbie's job is changing daily, weekly, monthly. We go with the flow and hope that retirement is still a few years off or at least until the mortgage is paid off. He works from home and goes into the office only rarely and even that will change in a month or two as his company moves north like the kids. We're not going. The company asked. We said no. Don't want to leave FL. I sound like a broke record but I'm pretty firm about that. Even my own job is changing. Same employment. Different location. Moving from a slowly decaying old building to a bright shiny office at a local state farmer's market. Schedules are getting busy again as in-person events are replacing virtual events. I kinda' like that.
