Don't know what the hell I'm doing
And while I think of it, what the hell happened to X Files tonight?
I haven't heard anything since October 9, so I'd say I'm not getting an interview for the EPA job. I'm really disappointed, I think I could have done that job and enjoyed it. But I was probably too scientific for the policy section.
Now I don't know whether to apply for a job as a Data Management Officer with the Australian Oceanographic Data Centre which is part of the Department of Defence at Garden Island (on Sydney Harbour). I think I might qualify, though I should've known that not taking that Geographic Information Systems course back in my Honours year would come back to haunt me...but I don't know whether I really want to be dealing with data all the time. I'd rather research and write.
But jobs in my area don't come up all the time...I really don't know what to do.
And I've only got a matter of a few days to decide since applications close on Wednesday.
