new outlook
alright, so i just got done watching this who from the guy who did "super size me", well it's called 30 days, and this episode was about a guy learning about Islam. I have to say, just watching it, changes some of your outlook on that relgion. I think also having a friend/boyfriend who is Muslim has helped my outlook on the people that follow the Islamic religion. So honestly think of it...if the people that flew planes into the WTC were asian, blacks, mexicans or some redneck white guy like Timothy McVeigh would your idea of all blacks, mexicans, asians or anglo-american people change, you would automatically be prejudice and judgemental about them...Middle-Easterners aren't the only kind of terroists...there are Russian, Canadian, Jamaican...I mean there are all kinds of idiot people that put the other kind of people in a bad light because of their actions. Just take that girl from Akins who got pregnant, but said she was "raped" almost all of AISD was basically put on lockdown because of her actions. It is actually agains the Kuran to commit an act of terrorism...i mean i only have like 3 people on my LJ list that actually read my journals, but i just felt it was worth writing about
