OMG YES!!! DEAN/CASTEIL
I'M OFFICIALLY A DEAN/CASTIEL SHIPPER NOW.
Now, most of you may be thinking, "Uhhh.....why is that a big deal. 99% of Spn fans are Destiel shippers." Well, it's a MASSIVE deal to me because I had wanted SO badly to ship them and totally immerse myself in great fic and a great shipping community but I was always to scared. I was too scared that I would be squicked out, or too scared that I would think "Oh that's just too OOC!" So even though I Desperately wanted to get over whatever strange, and nonsensical problem I had and just ship the hell out of them, i couldn't. And I've NEVER shipped slash before. Never WANTED to. Dean and Castiel were the first characters that actually made me want to ship them, instead of just friendshipping.
So now, I can finally say I crossed over and it feel SO GOOD. And it's all thanks to misachan . I read her fanfic "Harsh Words", LOVED IT, and then thought, you know, maybe this is a good place to start getting aquainted with other DeanCastiel fics. Just something like, a kiss here or a hug there. Nothing too major cause I'm taking it at a gradual pace. Well I ran across "Celebrations" by her, and it totally nailed everything perfect about the characters, it was Hurt/Comfort which I LOVE and it really introduced me into another side of Dean and Castiels relationship and I LOVED it.
So this made be an odd post to some, but I am overtly excited. I am still not ready for anything TOO hardcore Dean/Castiel. I'm starting off slow. But some sweet fluffy, or h/c fics are going to be so awesome to look up and read.
I've entered into a whole new side of SPN Fandom, and can't WAIT to explore. :)
