you've got me scratching away in notebooks
blasting my ipod;
cursing thoughts about you
you've got me denying to myself that you're the one i'm writing about
you have me looking at my phone every five minutes
hoping that you've called me first this time
you've got me wishing at 11:11 only that you're wishing about me too
you've got me replaying our times together over and over in my head
while praying to God that i'm not the only one feeling it this time
you've got me searching desperately
for something tangiable to hang on to
because before you know it;
you'll have me falling for you
whether you're there to catch me or not
