sooooo thursday was GQ day....everyone looked pretty. junior writing exam....yikes. i could not stay focused long enough to even attempt to write a coherent paper. oh well....if i fail, i have 5 more chances. at practice drumline got chewed out AGAIN. and we did the homecoming thing which got SO old SO fast....but at least the basses get to do the cool tap coming on and off the field. then after practice i went to wal-mart and saw lars, jill, allison, mary, and kelly....that was fun. then to home depot for electrical tape for sticks. then i came home, made jamie's shirt, made some earrings, & definitely didn't do my homework.
friday was spirit day. everyone looked great! i loved it. lars and i wore the old band jackets and everyone was so decked out in face paint and jewelry and everything. it was great! i took tons of pictures. in band i spent the whole time talking to jeremy and jason (i love those guys) and taping up our new bass mallets. apush we just took notes....definitely almost fell asleep. in lit i really don't remember what we did before lunch. then at lunch me, val, kelley, and sam s. had our picture taken for the video yearbook...then back to lit to work on our plays. band got called out early to go get ready for the pep rally. it was a lot of fun! rachel and mary looked so pretty!!! and sheanie & i are great dancers. and corey attached a feather thing to his tongue ring. and the basses were taking all sorts of crazy pictures...twas a blast. then after school i dropped off my film and went to ruby tuesdays with everyone for dinner. picked up my pictures while we were waiting, came back, ate, and then went back to the school and got ready for the game. we actually won our game!!! YAY! 1-5 baby go north cobb hahahahahaha. we did the homecoming thing during halftime...lars and i started making stuff up cuz we got so bored. we did our show postgame and it went alright. then cici's night....the don't take credit card....so i just went to mcdonalds with liz, kelley, val, kyle, derek, jamie, brandon, and some guy that i didn't know...and a bunch of other people were there too, but not with us. then i went home and pretty much crashed
saturday i woke up, got ready, and my parents and i left for florida. chuck and dezi had already gotten to the game and my dad and i dropped off my mom and got to the stadium with 9 min left in the 1st. the spirit that some of those people have....WOW. ummmmm loinclothes?? eek....what happened to the guys in glitter??? lol but it was a good game...despite the bad calls that the big east refs made. and it started to rain just as the game finished...very convenient. final: fsu 38 syracuse 14. we're 4-0. then we came home and just kinda hung out and ate dinner and i did homework (stupid apush and lit) and i just fell asleep.
today we haven't done much...watched general conference via satelite, then ate lunch, and now we're about to head back home soon. hopefully i won't have to go to the doctor tomorrow....my throat is killing me though. time to go pack
