Best Birthday Ever!
Man when I get spoiled I get the works!! I got presents the night before my bday and the day of! I got on of my bday wishes too! Coopersville canceled school yesterday morning so I got to sleep in for awhile with my princess. Then I got a lil squirmy. During the day I kinda bummed around and then had to go to my therapy appointment for my knee. When I came home I could smell something delicious in the hallway. Then I opened my door and found that the smell was coming from my apt. It was a beautiful candle lit dinner, my table was set with this magnificent bouquet of flowers. They were so neat I have never seen flowers like that I really thought they were cool. She had prepared her favorite chicken (which has pretty much become my favorite) with mask potatoes and corn. And don't forget the rolls!! I was very impressed! Dinner was excellent! I was very grateful that she had took as much time as she had to prepare everything for me. Everything was perfect she had a whole theme going, with the colors. It was very sweet, perfect touches! Those are the kinds of things I guess I don't think of. But that makes them all the more special when someone else does. I was just happy that she wanted to do something like that for me. She always says that she can't cook or that she dosen't know how, but I beg to differ, she is a damn good chef. Needless to say I felt very special. After dinner came dessert, even though her putting a candle in her mouth and me having to blow it out and then have her would have been enough LOL; but she went and bought me a cheesecake with a bunch of different flavors. I made my wish and then blew out my 24 (yipes) candles. The cake was delightful! Then I got to open more presents! (yippy for me) I loved them. I love all my presents. The whole night was precious and unforgettable. I must say that even though everything I had just mentioned was pretty great the best part was laying in bed, just being able to hold her. It really is true my best present in the world was right there all along, being with her! Thank you so much for a great night. It was delightful and it goes without words how much it meant to me.
