Thanksgiving
With Thanksgiving mere days away now, I find myself at a loss. I am, along with my mother, in charge of bringing dessert to the in laws on Thursday and I don't know what to make. Steve says uber pumpkin pie from Costco that can feed an army for pennies on the dollar. I say something fancier that requires more effort with little recognition and praise. Either way, I'm excited about Thanksgiving for two reasons: 1) I get to see my sister and 2) Cranberry sauce. If I could incorporate that into more meals without feeling like a tool, I would.
Side note: Every time I use the word "tool" to refer to a person, I think of Nick and Steve. Not because they themselves can be described as a tool (usually) but they used to use it many many years ago.
