I hurt so badly right now and I can't talk to the person who's standing right in front of me trying to make a genuine effort to speak to me.

I'm freaking out so badly, feel like the walls are closing in on me and I can't leave b/c if I do I will have lost this battle with myself.

I hate myself and everything around me right now....
