My upromise account has $49.42! When it reaches $50 it will automatically transfer to my student loan! (YAY!!!! My first loan payment will be made using other people's money & years before my loans go into repayment! HURRY UP $50!!!!!! (From here on out every $25 will be transfered)
I'm also cautiously waiting to hear from UHD to see if I got in. I'm torn b/c its not really where I wanted to finish up my degree. At first I wanted to go to main campus since theres more options in courses and times but of course I didnt get in. Now as I nervously await my fate from UHD I feel a deep longing to pack up and move back to College Station and finsh up at A&M.
In all honesty, I don't feel much is keeping me here anymore. I'm unable to afford the fuel to drive into Houston and see my friends anyway. Most of the time I stay home with the dog reading or watching TV. With Rachel hopefully transfering to UT I feel like I can leave. Shes going to be hours away here or in College Station. But then again I've been doing the night school/online classes thing for so long I'm not sure how well I'd preform at a regular university again. Not to mention juggle Leia, classes, studying, and working. Lets not forget the biggest key factor, if I can't get into UH how the hell could I go back to A&M.
Heres the deal, if I don't get accepted into UHD then I'm going to take it as sign and apply to A&M for spring/summer semmester.
