Have been speaking to our solicitor today, we have agreement from Britannia to go ahead with the housebuyingness provided the work on the floor is done immediately after completion. As the builders can start work on Monday we are going to see the solicitor with regards to exchanging contracts today if we are happy with everything. Wootage!
