Summer Reading Program
Let's talk the library's summer reading program.
For the duration of the Main Branch's program, I am going to be working on Wednesdays at my library so Kayt can help them there. That's fine. Now it's just a budget issue and making sure my day care can take my kid and I can afford it. It'll make it easier on me for logging reading logs, that's for sure.
Speaking of reading logs, I had to get more! That's amazing! I now have 28 kids signed up! If they all show up, it'll be GREAT! I'm crossing my fingers. I had to get more bags and logs and wound up with stickers coming out the door too!
Now about the bathroom renovation: they are apparently coming along. Yesterday they had to shut the water off for about an hour and a half. It wasn't TOO bad, except for when I went to use the bathroom after work. The toilet wouldn't flush! ACK! So I picked the lid up to check to make sure there was water in the tank. There was. OMG! I hate my life sometimes!
Anyway, I must go run up to Target and get more paper! (Totally forgot it yesterday.)
Tonight is Summer Stroll. I'm so glad I keep a calendar. I would be lost without it!
