We Got More Bounce In California..

It's been like 3 weeks since I've updated. This computer is messed up, something has been wrong with the connection and honestly this is the first time it's let me stay online for more than 15 minutes.

The past couple of weeks have been crazy. Last weekend I was in the Memorial Day Parades for band, the carnival came, and we finally opened up the pool. Heather, Sam, and I got in it last Sunday. It was freezing, so we got out after 20 minutes. School has been driving me crazy, but we only have 2 more days. Hootrah. I know I failed my benchmark today in pre-calc, but I just kinda shrugged it off and didn't really care much. In band we've had free time so we've played cards for the past two days. Today some of us played duck duck goose. Yeah, we're still little kids inside.

Tonight I was going to go to the carnival with Megan, but she hasn't called or anything and I'm not feeling very well anyways. I think I'll just enjoy a night of relaxation for once. But, I think I'll go out and watch the fireworks whenever they go off tonight. I have a good view from my house here.

Our show for show kids is next Saturday. LAST ONE EVER! I've promised myself that this is the last year and it is. It's sad, but after this year I think I will be able to relax a little bit more. Of course, I'm still doing summer competitions but after those are over in September, I'm truly done with it all. It will be good to finally sit back and watch. I was telling Megan that I really never have gotten to watch a parade because I've been in them my whole entire life. Yeah, but I have practice tomorrow from 9-3 and every single night this coming week.

Bleh. I've decided that this week has been of those emotional lows. It's been a really crappy week. But things will get better. Once school is over and all this stuff for the show is over, I will be free in a way. I can't wait.

Yeah, so there's my ramblings for now. Have a SUPERB night and just remember that everything is going to be alright. Yeah, that's my motto from now on.

Peace and Love.Katelyn Paige.
