Letter from parents from August
Carrie,
Thank you so much for having us at your open house , it was nice to see you happy in a place you love.

Dad just came back from your school's grand opening and he told me you seemed so happy. He feels that you stepped into gold. We're both SO proud of you and thrilled that everything is falling into place so nicely (like I predicted a while back, if you recall) for you. I feel that more good things are to come, Dr. Wells, good for you!! I hope you feel proud of yourself, as well.
I must confess, I was actually thinking of driving up and surprising you but I looked all schlubby (that must be close to the right spelling) and I was intent on going to that yoga class. Turns out, it's good, except I'm like twenty years younger than the average participant, since it's "chair" yoga. I'll probably go again next Thursday.
One of these days I will get in my car and drive to visit you, I promise. Would that be o.k. with everyone or is it a no-no? Let me know.
Again, congratulations on all you've accomplished so far and the multitudes of things I know you'll accomplish in the future.
