Well been awhile since I looked at world events, and went "oh shit."
Finally we are pulling out of Iraq, as Iran really destabilizes. So, how does this play out.
Right now the US is the big villain, we pull out of Iraq. As expected the whole country of Iraq is gonna go to hell in a handbasket. The US is gonna let it go until Iran steps up and tries to take over part of Iraq. Then the US gets to go once more "save" the Iraqi people, but this time Iran is the aggressor. The US gets to push into Iran and really stir the shit, since Iran "fixed" the election and it was a travesty to democracy.
I'm sorry, but as fucked as Iran's election might have been, the last bit of "democracy" that the US brought to Iran was a guy named Kermit Roosevelt. Kermit Roosevelt was synonymous with human rights violation.
Worst part of this, Obama is doing exactly what the citizens of the United States needed him to do, unfortunately I have a very sickening feeling it is going to only propagate W's agenda to attack the "axis of evil."
Hopefully, this doesn't play out this way, but history is a valuable teacher.
