BACK!
Back from vacation, back at work, back to the grind... and back to the desperate need to please myself and my female ego by re-trying to lose the 10 lbs. I just gained back in the last 3 months... *headdesk*
But aside from holiday chubbiness and the general result of "fat-and-happy"ness, things are good. I'd hoped to do a for-reals update on the two week vacation I am recovering happily from, but I have been working NON-STOP today trying to catch up and get everything done around here at the workplace...
I figured I could stop and take a short breath, it being 15 min before I get to leave for the day and all.
Busy, busy, busy... when not on vacation, I get rare moments of quietude these days. I'm defnitely not sad for it, but I think I really needed to schedule in some quiet time for Pat and I around the apartment on our own while I was planning OMGFUNVACATIONHOLIDAYFUNTIME!
Fun things planned for every weekend in January... The time will fly. Vacation did.
SLOW DOWN, TIME! THINGS ARE TOO GOOD TO RUSH RIGHT NOW!!!

OK, that's enough from me and my unfed tummy... One would think I'd have remembered to take my lunch break before 3:30pm today, but I was TOO DAMN BUSY. I think that I'm in breach of company policy... But I'll go home and eat well and I'm sure my stomach had a blast eating my chub from the inside this afternoon. ;-)
