*Closes Her Eyes and Lets the Summer Breeze Caress Her Skin...*
Last night I was up until 4am singing and dancing to various showtunes in my bedroom with the phenomenally sweet and talented Grayson.
This morning the neighbors fought back by blasting their own music starting at 8:30am.
I am content, but a little under-rested. There will need to be nappage before the show tonight.

In other news? There is no other news.
I haven't heard from "Cabaret" at City Theater yet.
I go on vacation with Aimee to NYC/VT as of this coming Thursday evening.
I still haven't decided if I am going to even bother going up to audition for Rocky Horror at Candlelight...
(Though to play Magenta in a mostly "professional" show environment would be a dream... *Sigh* I just don't know. I don't want to disappoint the band, among other issues I've been mulling over with this decision...)
Anyway... all I have to do now to get into vacation mindset is survive the show tonight (and hopefully whup some major ass, as per usual!), get some crafty projects, costume planning, and packing preparation done tomorrow, and then just settle in to ride out the beginning of the work week.
At the present moment, I'm simply in love with the late summer breeze that has been dancing through my windows all morning... and the sound of the music that swirls around me and fills me with emotion...
Tonight there will be rocking. This afternoon, there will be peace. :)
