Um... SHOWGIRLS?????
When Alicia and I went to the UCB theatre on Tuesday night... I was distracted by a postcard advertising an interesting idea for a show, while we were paying for tickets at the box office.
Well, I finally went to the websites tonight (The UCB one and the one for the show, specifically), and I am completely amused--and intrigued by the critical acclaim for the show:
Showgirls: The Best Movie Ever Made. Ever.
It's only playing until the end of the month... Think I should try to make it to the final show on the 29th? Just as a crazy goodbye (or at least, a "so long, catch ya later") to NYC? Anyone wanna make the trip up and go with me? It's only $5. Excellent.
OK. That's all from me. I was pleasantly reading before bed when I spotted that postcard peeking out of my purse... Back to that. ;)
